Specification-led copper fittings supplied against grade, standard, dimensions, condition, testing and delivery requirements.

Specification-led copper supply
Copper Fittings should be purchased against a complete material and dimensional requirement. Product names alone do not define grade, tolerance, condition, testing or suitability.
A fitting must match the tube standard, OD system, pressure, joining process and service approval. Do not substitute plumbing fittings into refrigerant or medical-gas systems without approval.
A clearer route to purchase
Keep the enquiry aligned with the actual product form and intended service.
State every controlling dimension, tolerance, length and quantity.
Identify certificates, tests, marking and inspection before commercial review.
Use the 3D builder to organise the product and purchasing information.
Technical specification
Final combinations and compliance are confirmed against the accepted quotation, current standard edition and purchase specification.
Do not use this summary as a substitute for the governing standard, design calculation or approved project specification.

Application names do not establish suitability. Confirm loads, medium, temperature, pressure or electrical duty, fabrication process, environment and governing code as applicable.
Confirmed copper fitting range
State angle, centre-to-end dimensions, radius, socket or fitting end, tube OD and whether the service is plumbing, gas or HVACR.
Expanded and plain U-bends can be reviewed for condenser and evaporator assemblies. Provide tube size, wall, bend radius, leg length and drawing.
Identify equal or reducing connection sizes, stop requirement, joining method and the governing tube and fitting standards.
Equal, reducing, cross and threaded tee requirements should include every branch size and end type. Non-standard fittings require an approved drawing.
The current Indigo range references ASME B16.22, JIS H3401, EN 1254-1, BS 864-2 and DIN 2856. Quote the required standard and edition; do not assume that proprietary mechanical connection systems are included.
